This past week our sweet Landon turned four years old. Our little man is growing up before our eyes. To celebrate the occasion we had a pirate party at our house and invited some of Landon's buddies. My sis in law made some really cute invitations (that have been edited for blog stalker purposes) and the party was on. In one and a half hours we managed to decorate pirate hats, read; "How I became a Pirate" (fabulous book if you've never read it), walk the plank, pop cannon balls, pick up jewels (marbles) with our toes, paint faces, eat pirate cake and pirates booty, open presents, and bust a pinata. Fun was had by all and Landon made some very special memories. Thank you to all our friends and family who made this day so memorable for our little guy. What fun special memories you're making with Landon! This is going to be such a treat to look back on and you are so creative! I'm so glad he had a good time!
That is such a cute party! I love pirates and pirate themed things for little boys. That's exactly why Nathan was a pirate for Halloween. Looks like everyone had a lot of fun.
